How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each bag is crafted with love and care, please allow 3-4 business days for processing. After your bag has been carefully crafted and inspected, it will be shipped directly to you. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, I’m happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, CA, UK, AUS. It’s my way of thanking you for choosing Clara's Leather and supporting my small business.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your bag is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your bag’s journey from my workshop to your door.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your bag within 30 days of receiving it. The bag must be unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more details, or contact me at support@clarasleather.com to start the return process.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! I’m thrilled to ship my bags worldwide. If you’re outside the USA and have fallen in love with one of my bags, I’m happy to ship it to you. International shipping times vary based on your location but I always offer FREE SHIPPING, so feel free to reach out for more details before placing your order.

Can I customize a bag?
I love working with customers to create something truly special. If you have a specific idea or would like a custom bag, please contact me at support@clarasleather.com and we can discuss the possibilities. I’ll do my best to bring your vision to life!

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. You can also pay securely using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible at support@clarasleather.com If your bag has not yet been processed, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

11. How does the BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) offer work?
The BOGO deal applies only to bags featured in our BOGO Collection. If a bag is not listed there, or doesn’t mention BOGO in its title, it is sold at the regular price for a single bag.
